KUF Camp Refund Policy – effective 1 May 2024
Cancellations made at least 28 days prior to the commencement of a camp will receive a refund, less an administrative charge of $60.
Cancellations made between 27 days and 21 days prior to the commencement of a camp will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 30% of the total camp fee paid.
Cancellations made between 20 days and 14 days prior to the commencement of a camp will receive a refund, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the total camp fee paid.
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the commencement of the camp.
No credits will be given for missed days due to illness (or any other reason) once the camp has commenced.
Terms & Conditions
I acknowledge and agree that Kids Up Front Drama Academy hereafter referred to as Kids Up Front) to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child/children at the Kids Up Front Workshops, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, or the use and publication of photographs in any media (including social media).
I hereby release and forever discharge Kids Up Front Performing Arts Academy Ltd from any and all liability, loss and damage (including direct, indirect and consequential) or any other claim in anyway associated with the attendance of my child/children at the Kids Up Front Holiday Workshop (including Online Workshops).
Kids Up Front reserves the right to give parts and take parts away at camp as they see fit. If for any reason a child will not be attending the show at 3:00pm on the last day they will not be given a speaking part.
I consent to sending full payment prior to my child attending the workshop. Payment is payable through credit card or bank transfer.
I accept that Kids Up Front reserves the right to refuse admission to any person that presents a disciplinary problem to staff or a threat to the safety and well being of other children. Unacceptable language or bullying will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from the workshop with no refund.
I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation. Credit card details are not held by Kids Up Front.
I consent to Kids Up Front, its officers, agents, employees and proprietors taking photographs, video and digital recordings or any other visual or audio recordings of my child/children.
I consent to Kids Up Front using photographs, video and digital recordings and using these in any medium, including the website, brochures or for marketing purposes.
Kids Up Front reserves the right to cancel or change the timetable and pricing structure at any point in time.
Kids Up Front has the right to group children in the age group they deem to be appropriate. I understand it is not always possible for children to be grouped with their friends.
I agree to pick my child up from camp by 5:25pm each day, apart from Show Day. If I am late I agree to a late fee of $1 for every minute I am late.
